Children's Sunday School at St. Augustine's is a multi-age Christian Education program based on the liturgical calendar. The lessons align to the Liturgy and Gospel that adults hear during the service. Children are also taught about the services and the tradition of the Episcopal Church.
The Children’s Sunday School Program is led by Miss Tara and Miss Laura. Singing, praying, crafts and dramatic readings are only some of the activities that we use to teach. Parents are always welcome to join the fun and learning.
Sunday School generally runs September to June during our standard service time, 9:30 a.m. During the summer, we provide acolyte training to the older children who then serve as acolytes during the Sunday services.
